Metal beam
Safely replaces wooden planks. They are manufactured with two metallic U-shaped sheet metal profiles, connected by a vertical tube with a weld bead, allowing the attachment of other beams and/or forms for easy storage, takes up little space and can be palletized to facilitate transport.
VT12″ Trellised Metal Beam
Used as the main beam, with good resistance for larger spans and overhangs.
With 30.48cm high, 7.62cm thick and modulations ranging from 2.00m to 6.00m.
Permissible moment: 1200kgfm / Weight: 15kg/m
3” Metal Beam
Used as a secondary framework, that is, they are mainly prepared to receive the formwork panels for pillars, beams and slabs.
With 7.62cm high, 7.62cm thick and modulations ranging from 1.50m to 3.50m.
Permissible moment: 180kgfm / Weight: 6.50kg/m
4” Metal Beam
Used as main and/or secondary beam.
With 10.16cm high, 7.62cm thick and modulations that vary from 1.50m to 4.50m.
Permissible moment: 380kgfm / Weight: 8.50kg/m
6” Metal Beam
Used as the main beam, with larger spans and withstanding greater loads.
With 15, 24 cm high, 7.62 cm thick and modulations that vary from 1.50 m to 4.50 m.
Admissible moment: 800kgfm / Weight: 15kg/m
Shoring
Building Framing Tower, Framing Tower, Triangle and Trapezoid Modulated elements, manufactured in galvanized steel, with options for fitting with or without pins, with a small variety of basic elements and a single way of assembly, simplifies its execution, making it faster, avoiding errors. They can form triangular, square, rectangular or diamond shoring towers. They are widely used in scaffolding slabs and small and large beams. Load capacity of 5.0 tf/post, allows bracing with tubular and clamps, as required by the project.
Shoring Light
The metallic strut consists of an external base steel tube, with a nominal diameter of 2″, inside which there is a flute tube with a nominal diameter of 1 ¹/²”, which allows for telescopic adjustment every 10 cm and a glass of internal thread for millimetric adjustment.
Parts
Fixing Pin
It should be inserted into the flute tube hole, for regulation of 10 to 10 cm.
Shielded Cup
Cast piece, with internal thread for adjustment up to 8 cm.
Screwless pitchfork
Adapts to the end of the steel prop for beam fitting.
Crosshead (optional)
Indicated in cases where a larger support area is required for the bottom of the formwork and beams.
Form
Estaf's metallic forms are classified as reusable, as they can be used more than once, that is, reuse follows statistical precepts of wear and tear, thus intended for large repetitions of use.
Metallic
They are made up of SAE 1008/1010 modulated steel panels, with a 6 mm phenolic sheet lining and the various assembly accessories. It can be used in the construction of houses and buildings.
Accessories
They are the auxiliary elements that are part of the set of equipped formwork whose main objective is to connect the parts providing greater adaptation to the assembly.
